The Assistant Account Executive supports the Kia Regional team with integrated campaigns, manages project requests, and maintains team documents. Responsibilities include communicating project issues, assisting in client meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) is responsible for supporting the integrated Kia Regional (DMG) team on 360 campaigns and the day-to-day of regional project requests including broadcast tagging, digital, print, radio, and other campaign elements. In addition, the AAE will be responsible for maintaining daily tasks and team documents such as creative rotations, workbooks, competitive activity, etc. This person should have a team-oriented attitude and always be ready to help – no matter the task. The AAE will mainly report to the Account Supervisor and Account Executive, and sometimes the Account Director on certain projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- ACCOUNT SERVICES:
- Execute assigned broadcast, print, collateral, and digital requests in efficient and timely manner
- Take ownership of regional broadcast-tagging/project requests and ensure that all creative is completed on time per media dates
- Proactively manage projects and ensures guideline adherence -- responsible for communicating any potential issues to the larger team, Account Supervisor and/or clients
- Manage team documents, meetings, and asset library (e.g. status reports, workbooks, competitive activity, AdPlanner, invoices, etc.)
- Assist with material/deck preparations for all Client presentations and oversee preparation for Client meetings (printing presentations, creating agendas, ordering food, etc.)

- Develop Project Assignment Requests as necessary for Project Management team to ensure the timely delivery of creative
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT/ PRODUCTION PROCESS:
- Get into the details. It’s the nuts and bolts of getting to great work…
- Work closely with Producer to ensure:
- Production timeliness are met
- Internal reviews are completed and feedback accounted for, prior to presenting to clients
- Delivery of assets
- Creative trafficking (as needed)
- Production direction to third-party vendors (as needed)
- Organization of final creative files
- Creative rotation/feedback is reflected across all parties (Client/Creative/Product Specialist/Account Services)
- Work closely with media partners to ensure all spec information is accurate and shared on time
DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION:

- Maintain ongoing communication with all departments (including vendors) to ensure available assets are shared
- Assist other departments on ‘larger’ efforts (i.e. Competitive Reviews, Integrated Production Schedules, etc.)

The base salary range is $52k - $57k plus benefits.
