As a Client Account Manager within JP Morgan Asset Management you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Institutional clients of J.P. Morgan Asset Management. You will act as a point of contact for daily servicing needs of our clients and develop an understanding of the unique requirements of clients across all asset classes. As a Client Account Manager you will also partner with Senior Client Account Managers to provide similar support to certain key strategic relationships clients and partner with colleagues in Institutional Sales and Investment Specialists to form a dedicated service team for each assigned client.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client service contact, supporting advisors and account managers
  • Act as the central point for non-investment client activities; proactively manage and develop client relationships
  • Oversee onboarding and account setup, coordinating with clients, third parties, and the COM team
  • Communicate regulatory and business changes to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attend client meetings and events, including due diligence sessions
  • Maintain client records, coordinate cash flows, ensure compliance, and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Collaborate on investment agreements, fee schedules, and guidelines with clients and internal teams

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Previous experience at an asset management firm; background in client service
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Client focused and able to gain an in-depth understanding of clients' servicing needs
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at influencing others
