Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage DSP pitching across platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music).
- Coordinate release workflows, timelines, and internal tracking systems.
- Gather and manage inputs from A&R, Marketing, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Master Pitch Document accurately.
- Perform quality assurance checks on workflows and automation.
- Support artist services, campaign coordination, and reporting tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, and deliverable tracking.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 2+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or project-based roles.
- Experience managing workflows, timelines, or campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in music, media, or creative industries.
- Familiarity with DSP platforms and release processes.
- Experience supporting campaigns or artist-related projects.
