Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Outreach (85%)

Cultivate relationships with artists, managers and agents to bring in new business opportunities

Prioritize in-person meetings to build authentic relationships and meaningful connections with clients and industry partners

Educate the live event industry on Yondr’s pricing, operations and unique value proposition. Clearly communicate how Yondr enhances live experiences, addressing common questions and demonstrating its impact on audience engagement

Stay up to date on live event industry trends by regularly reviewing trade publications, attending networking events, and experiencing Yondr shows firsthand to gain insights and strengthen industry connections

Invite potential clients to Yondr shows so they can experience a phone-free performance first hand

Collaborate with marketing to create tailored sales material that is relevant and meaningful to new clients

Maintain communication with clients and their teams to stay informed about their plans and how Yondr can best support them
Account Management (15%)

Engage with clients who use Yondr to maintain enthusiasm while effectively managing expectations

Collaborate with Yondr's production and logistics team to deliver client-facing quotes with margin considerations

Work closely with finance to monitor and manage an account's Profit and Loss statement

Assist in pipeline projections by tracking potential deals, assessing opportunities, and forecasting revenue

Oversee the transition of projects or tours to the production team by providing detailed hand-offs, including client requirements, logistical considerations, and key operational contacts to ensure seamless execution that align with expectations

Generate and send invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon terms and billing cycles
Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience

Expertise in the live event industry

Consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales

Superb interpersonal skills and communicates best in-person

Proficiency and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
