The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Engagement Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Mesa, AZ; or Berkeley, MO.
This individual will join the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data (EAI&D) team and specifically engage with our Boeing Global Services (BGS) business.
This role is responsible for identifying demand and opportunities for AI and analytics solutions across Proposal Management, Sales & Marketing, eCommerce, Prognostics, and Pricing within BGS. The incumbent will translate those opportunities into strategies, product backlogs, and priorities for Product and Delivery teams, and apply program management best practices to ensure commitments are met and status is communicated clearly.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI & analytics strategy for the BGS areas listed, and serving as the primary coordinator with BGS business stakeholders
  • Mature and facilitate the intake, qualification, and prioritization of analytics, AI, and automation projects, ensuring the right problems are addressed with executive sponsorship including business case definition and value proposition
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and capability leaders to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions
  • Manage complex, cross-functional project plans and schedules, coordinating multiple product and capability families and dependencies to deliver on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Partner with Information Technology (IT) Business Success Leaders (BSLs) and business stakeholders to coordinate releases and drive solution adoption
  • Lead stakeholder communications for both Boeing BGS and EAI&D teams covering the specified functions
  • Create materials and media to appropriately convey BGS strategies and value and purpose of products including but not limited to PowerPoint charts, Videos, Websites, Newsletters, Branding, Visual Diagrams, Demos, etc.
  • Coach and teach team members effective ways to create media to convey messaging

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development
  • 3+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
  • 3+ years of experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
  • Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working in a role related to AI technologies, Data Analytics, and Automation
  • Experience with communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders as well as work across strong personalities with differing opinions to reach solutions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $134,300 - $194,350
