Job Description:

We’re searching for an Art Director to join our team for a national telecommunications client. You’ll be partnered with a Copywriter to conceptualize and create always on, paid and organic social work. You love creating day to day social content and have a passion for internet culture. You will execute creative concepts together with your copy partner at the direction of the creative director, and you will report to an Associate Creative Director. You have experience presenting your ideas to clients and working quickly and nimbly to tap into culture. There will be opportunity for concepting and creating larger earned-first campaigns.

Things we’re looking for in candidates:

·       2+ years of experience in an agency environment

·       Examples of earned-first, conceptual thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space. 

·       A portfolio with examples of your experience with concepting and executing paid social  

·       Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator   

·       Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product  

·       Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business

·       You must be in PST time zone for real time collaboration with our Seattle-based client

·       You will travel frequently to locations throughout the US for on set productions with our clients’ partnerships with music festivals, sporting events and more, including Coachella, Las Vegas, Grand Prix, Miami, PGA and others

Things this job is NOT:

  • A social post factory.
  • Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
