Art Director [Contract]

What will you work on?

As an Art Director for the Global Content Team, your main responsibility is to tell visual stories with imagery that is as fun as it is functional. Working on multiple brands, you will create imagery and provide art direction for: Global Marketing Campaigns, Television Commercials, Sizzles & Sales Videos, Digital Content, Lifestyle Photography, E-Comm, Social Media and more. Working in tandem with a Copywriter, you will create and develop visual concepts and styles for presentations as well as art direct videos and photography. You will be a tastemaker and quality gatekeeper, ensuring the work is on brand, on tone and on strategy. 

How will you create impact?

• Develop fresh, engaging, and original consumer-facing visuals across multiple channels
• Create visuals that are on strategy and match the tone and manner of our brands
• Partner with a Creative Director on campaign ideation, development and execution
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors

What are your skills and experience?

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Skilled at writing high volumes of content while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Tapped into trends in design, social media, and pop culture
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively work with various stakeholders 
• 3+ years experience at an advertising agency, in-house marketing department or toy and children’s entertainment company

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $50 to $60 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
