At Müller's Solutions, we are looking for an Aris Tool Specialist to join our team and enhance our business process management capabilities through effective utilization of the ARIS tool suite. As an Aris Tool Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing ARIS tools to support various business process modeling and improvement initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize ARIS tools to create, analyze, and maintain business process models, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support business units in the adoption of ARIS and promote best practices for process documentation and management.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on leveraging ARIS tools effectively, enhancing their proficiency and understanding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARIS model specifications.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity within the ARIS repository, performing regular audits and updates as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of standard methodologies and emerging trends in business process management and ARIS tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ARIS users, resolving issues and optimizing tool performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with ARIS tools in a business process management context.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing ARIS tools to meet organizational needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and present actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications related to ARIS or business process management methodologies.
  • Experience in integration of ARIS with other business applications and tools.
  • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
