About the role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing campaigns across various channels including email, push notifications, and text messaging. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing automation platforms, driving lead generation, and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies. This role also entails managing CRM systems and developing communication strategies tailored to customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Regularly follows sports
  • Knowledge of trading card collecting [nice to have]
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
  • Experience in managing CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the collectibles industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

The target salary for this position is $120,000/year. Actual compensation will depend upon the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and level of impact in the role.

Our office in Santa Monica, California has spacious indoor and outdoor spaces for our team to work out of. This space, once the headquarters of TikTok, is bright and well-organized. There is also parking available and a wide variety of food options nearby.
