- Develop crop input finance programs to grow sales for agricultural retailers and provide solutions for their customers
- Serve as a liaison between agricultural retailers and JDF resources to improve processes and solve problems
- Be viewed as the Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for the JDF agribusiness channel in this geographic footprint
- Communicate with key JDF stakeholders regarding market concerns, marketing conditions, competition, and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business
- Develop retailer demand and grower awareness of the JDF Multi-Use product for a given geographic area
- Focus on high potential accounts in specific geographic territories to ensure market penetration with industry leading agribusiness retailers
- Travel (on average) 50% of the time to agricultural retailers, producers, and manufacturing representatives to conduct in-person meetings
- Document sales calls and utilize information to develop and improve relationships

What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of experience with sales, marketing, credit, or business
- Strong relationship building, communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills
- Willingness to travel an average of 50%, domestically

- Agricultural industry experience- crop inputs, markets, products, competitors and customers
