Job Title: Architect
Job Location: Remote

Job Description:
  • Lead ServiceNow solution architecture for ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Design and implement architecture for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory).
  • Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and platform issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement, incorporating new ServiceNow features and innovations into the architecture.



Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture in ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, performance optimization, and security.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and customization.
  • Experience leading and defining ServiceNow architecture in complex, large-scale environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
