YOUR MISSION

PUMA’s Entertainment marketing operations apprentice will support the team with all product needs and provide operational support. Responsibilities include understanding key product initiatives, management of the showroom and stockroom, inventory planning for the year, showroom appointment and event support, as well as coverage and support of the larger office and showroom needs. The Marketing Operations Apprentice is a self-starter who is passionate about brand, product, and learning all facets of an exciting workplace.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ensure product in office stockroom and showroom is up to date, priority, and accommodating of all sizes  

  • Maintain showroom by displaying relevant apparel / footwear, replenishing missing sizing, and dressing mannequins 

  • Support in celebrity / influencer showroom appointments in a professional capacity and proactively tidy after showroom appointments and guests 

  • Support in registering guests, providing hospitality, and setup/breakdown of showroom for meetings and appointments 

  • Manage all product inventory and update lookbook accordingly per global marketing directives 

  • Send, track and manage packages for the team as requested via internal warehouse platform, as well as support incoming/outgoing messengers and Fedex. 

  • Support ad hoc marketing programs and activations including event coverage, product gifting, staffing support 

  • Front desk and concierge coverage with greeting visitors, registering guests, and communicating with Security when needed 

  • Assist in monthly team activities and support all employee facing events which may include identifying, outreach and managing outside vendors.  

  • Assist in organization, setup and facilitation of onsite meetings inclduing but not limited to: room reservation, calendar invite, sending confirmations, ordering hospitality, welcoming, and cleanup.  

YOUR TALENT
  • College Degree preferred

  • Excellent organization skills 

  • Interest in Marketing Operations, Administrative, and or Office Management 

  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs 

  • Ability to work independently and/or team environment, multi-task and self-motivated

  • Proactive approach to problem solving. 

  • Must be based in LA. Have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Hollywood, CA 

  • Must be able to lift 40lb boxes. 

  • Must be able to work in office 9am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) 

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
