What You’ll DoThe Foundation's Collaborative Impact Department, through the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network, seeks a part-time Coordinator to play a critical role in the department's success by strengthening apprentice engagement, retention, and completion by serving as a connector, guide, and advocate for apprentices across LAUNCH-supported registered apprenticeship programs.
This position represents an exciting opportunity to help to provide a wide range of administrative and outreach support, focusing on helping apprentices understand what LAUNCH is, how it connects to the broader apprenticeship system, and how to navigate their apprenticeship journey successfully. The Apprentice Ambassador will communicate regularly with apprentices, connect them to resources, track progress and wages, support solutions to barriers and challenges, and elevate apprentice voice within apprenticeship governance and employer committees.
Develop Apprenticeship Journey Resources
Gather and incorporate apprentice feedback to continuously create and improve resources.
Build and Sustain an Apprentice & Alumni Network
Facilitate convenings, and learning sessions for peer learning, mentorship, shared problem-solving, and community building.
Coordinate Consistent Apprentice Communications
Manage communications and track engagement.
Elevate Apprentice and Worker Voice & Participation
Pilot tools and approaches that amplify apprentice feedback and leadership.
Create Resources and Connection Points for Out-of-Work Apprentices
Track trends, identify barriers to employment and collaborate with the LAUNCH team on program improvements.
Minimum of two (2) + years of relevant work experience, college courses, or a combination of both.
Previous registered apprentice highly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.
Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$25.00 - $26.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
