We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, ensuring that our sales team has a steady stream of qualified leads to follow up with.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and schedule appointments accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduled appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and schedule appointments that meet their preferences.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other scheduling tools.
