Position Overview
Viderity is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Application Processing Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of application processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in application tracking systems, case management tools, and workflow automation, with a strong understanding of operational efficiency in high-volume environments. Experience with federal grant processing is highly preferred. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client or project sites in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of application processing across multiple programs or contracts.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of application tracking systems (ATS), case management software, and workflow automation tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, client services, and compliance, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, drive improvements, and support reporting needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to federal or client-specific regulations.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, systems usage, and process changes.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for application issues and manage quality control processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in application processing management or operational leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise with application tracking systems (ATS), case management tools, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interpreting and applying program eligibility criteria, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if required).
  • Ability to travel to client or project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal grant management programs or large-scale government-funded initiatives.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and federal reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of business process automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment.
  • Understanding of change management and process improvement methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
