Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.The Merge IT team manages Merge technology infrastructure and applications. The team's mission is to enable development operations, client success operations and business operations.
Working under minimal supervision, this person will use knowledge and skills obtained through education, experience, specialized training and/or certification to develop application-based technology solutions for business problems. The role will develop new tools, modify existing tools and create related documentation as required. The role will liaise with many internal cross-functional groups and fellow team members.
Responsibilities:
Create and support Merge IT applications programming systems, including integrations between the same, with particular emphasis on Salesforce CRM and ERP development. Integrate Merge with third party managed tools, where applicable. Manage and optimize existing processes. Work with ETL tools and other data management processes.
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals. Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business systems and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging the same.
Design, develop, test and implement solutions in the selling process using Salesforce CRM and CPQ, such as quote configurators for guided selling of medical and non-medical devices, configuration and pricing approval matrices, product and price rules, output documents and related rules, and sales-centric business needs.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously with adherence to strict delivery deadlines. Prioritize and manage the same.
Collaborate with end users to understand their business needs and the downstream needs of Merge clients. Communicate with business leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with corporate enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ERP, and CPQ platforms.
Proficiency with object-oriented programming, using either Java or Microsoft .NET framework, or similar prominent languages.
Proficiency with structured data driven and/or database platforms.
Proficiency with data transformation/integration technologies, eg. ETL.
Qualifications Required:
a) Education Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or better in computer science, information systems or equivalent discipline, or equivalent level of related experience.
b) Experience
3+ years’ experience with corporate enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ERP, and CPQ platforms.
3+ years’ experience with object-oriented programming, using either Java or Microsoft .NET framework, or similar prominent languages.
3+ years’ experience with structured data driven and/or database platforms.
3+ years’ experience with data transformation/integration technologies, eg. ETL.
