- Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for all Apple device and lifecycle opportunities.
- Grow iT1 Apple Services
- Partner with sales to identify, qualify, and support Apple-focused opportunities from Salesforce.
- Lead customer conversations around Apple device refresh strategies, lifecycle planning, and ITAD services.
- Develop and deliver Apple-centric presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with Apple best practices.
- Proactively target existing Apple customers for refresh and lifecycle opportunities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Apple’s ecosystem, including hardware, software, and enterprise deployment tools.
- Track and manage all Apple device/lifecycle opportunities through Salesforce and internal systems.
- Work directly with iT1’s Apple Account manager and Apple to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
Job Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on Apple technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager.
- Experience with device lifecycle management, including refresh planning, deployment, and ITAD.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC, or Jamf certifications) are a plus.
- Passion for Apple technology and a customer-first mindset.
