We are seeking a dynamic expert in the field of assessments and psychometric analyses to join our centralized global Assessments Team as an Analytics Solutions Manager. In this role, you will empower the firm to make faster, data-driven talent decisions through valid, fair, and compliant assessments that measure job-relevant capabilities and skill proficiency. As an Analytics Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's talent assessment strategy by collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead the design, development, validation, and implementation of cutting-edge assessment and selection tools. Our assessment tools are designed and calibrated to enhance user experience, improve job performance, boost retention, and drive key business metrics and recruitment efficiency. Your expertise will ensure these assessments are valid, fair and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and meet objectives and key results (OKRs).
Job Responsibilities
• Build stakeholder relationships and shape the vision and OKRs for assessment tools.• Conduct needs assessments to identify improvement areas and derive actionable insights.• Develop innovative assessment solutions based on observations and data.• Lead job analyses and create skills and competency-based frameworks.• Design, develop, validate, implement, and enhance assessment tools against OKRs.• Create data tools and dashboards to monitor metrics and track progress.• Evaluate assessment tools using statistical and psychometric methods.• Stay updated on technological and regulatory developments in the assessment field.• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency for users and the business.• Coordinate with partner groups to ensure resource alignment and timeline adherence.• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure policy and regulation compliance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills• PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related discipline such as Behavioral Science, Data Science, or Applied Statistics.• 6+ years of applied experience with selection assessment projects involving job analysis, criterion validation, adverse impact analyses, and ongoing statistical evaluation.• Experience with launching new assessments including integration, UAT, change management, and training.• Experience working with legal and compliance teams to evaluate assessments and knowledge of assessment-related laws/regulations, EEOC, UGESP, and OFCCP guidelines.• Experience leading large, complex projects/programs including risk management approaches.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in varying ways, depending on the audience and need.• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach and develop others to support the development of high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills• Knowledge of the project lifecycle and/or experience with project management.• Experience with agile methodology and Jira or similar tools.• Experience working with large, heavily-regulated corporate entities.• Experience with assessing for technology roles such as software engineers.• Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including multivariate statistics, regression modeling, latent variable analysis (e.g., factor analysis, SEM), and longitudinal data analysis.
