The Analytics Program Coordinator plays an important role in supporting Lyric’s analytics operations for both existing and prospective customers. This individual will coordinate the lifecycle of analytic projects, ensuring that work is prioritized, tracked, and communicated effectively. By maintaining visibility into the analytics backlog, monitoring in-flight projects, reporting on throughput and outcomes, and coordinating a monthly analytics newsletter, the Analytics Program Coordinator enables Lyric’s analytics and data science teams to focus on delivering high-value insights.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES
- Maintain and track the analytics project backlog, monitoring priorities, status, and expected completion dates.
- Serve as the central point of communication between analytics team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and escalation of issues.
- Build and deliver recurring enterprise-level reporting on analytics volumes, turnaround times, project sizes, and estimated client value.
- Keep team members accountable for meeting agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.
- Develop processes and tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and reporting across the analytics lifecycle.
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to understand workflows and provide operational support.
- Coordinate and publish a monthly analytics newsletter that highlights both quantitative (e.g., number of analytics completed, value delivered) and qualitative content (e.g., team spotlights, upcoming enhancements, articles).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, analytics, economics, or a related field
- Proficiency with project tracking and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence)
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to healthcare, health technology, or payment integrity industries
- Experience creating dashboards or reports in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
- Prior experience in an analytics or data-driven project environment
- Strong writing or editorial skills, with experience creating newsletters, internal communications, or content for diverse audiences
- Ambition to grow into an analyst role, with interest in learning analytic methods over time
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting updates to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and analytically minded, with the ability to interpret and summarize data-driven work
- Proficiency with project tracking and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence)
