About the Role
This role is primarily focused on individual contribution, positioning you as a key member of a growing analytics team. You will begin by working directly with the team lead, with clear opportunities to take on more ownership and leadership responsibilities as you develop in the role. As you demonstrate your skills, you will also have the chance to mentor junior team members as the team continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Execute analysis and visualization of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Work with your team lead to build and maintain predictive models to forecast business performance and trends
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards that track client KPIs across multiple channels (PR, paid media, social, and web analytics)
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate data into strategic recommendations that drive decision-making
- Implement and optimize marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Mixpanel
- Prepare regular updates and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the identification of opportunities for automation and reporting process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- Work closely with division lead to recommend strategic pivots based on data that may contradict current assumptions
- Support and mentor junior team members as you grow in your role
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in client services operations within marketing or consultancy environments (agency, consulting firm, strategic advisory, etc.)
- Proven background in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
- Total proficiency in Python and SQL required, including common data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience with R, Java, JavaScript, or Scala is a plus but not required
- Experience maintaining and analyzing numerous disparate databases across multiple vendor and client platforms
- Deep experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Advanced experience with cloud infrastructure and data architectures, particularly AWS environments
- Portfolio demonstrating dashboard creation and analytics implementation
- While experience with blockchain analytics platforms like Dune or Goldsky is certainly valuable, we're equally interested in candidates who demonstrate exceptional analytical aptitude and learning agility
- Experience in tracking and measuring campaign performance across marketing channels
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Prior experience (either personally or professionally) in Web3 is a strong plus
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant quantitative coursework highly preferred
- Relevant industry certification is highly valued
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and relevant work history
