The Analytics manager will improve business results by giving tactical & strategic business solutions via applying his/her analytical skills using analytical data modelling against various supply chain problems. He/She will be responsible for providing analytics and certain degree of project management to the various projects and regular network capacity reviews for various BUs. This role utilizes network modelling, data management tools and visualization to drive sound, fact-based business decisions on the E2E supply network. This includes product sourcing, manufacturing footprint, capacity analysis, distribution network design and cost-to-serve analysis.

He/She will be responsible for providing analytics and certain degree of project management to the various projects and regular network capacity reviews for various BUs. This role utilizes network modelling, data management tools and visualization to drive sound, fact-based business decisions on the E2E supply network. This includes product sourcing, manufacturing footprint, capacity analysis, distribution network design and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Identifies data requirements, defines best fit data sources, and works with stakeholders on data validation
- Models the network according to project charter and following existing global modelling standards and tools
- Models, assesses (costs, service, inventory) and validates scenario outputs using optimization, visualization and data management tools (e.g. Supply Chain Guru, Alteryx, Data Guru, Tableau, Power BI) and discusses it with relevant stakeholders
- Maintains current knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques and works on continuous improvement through networking with internal stakeholders and external professional organizations, vendors, and support forums
- Builds trust and credibility with different stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, in a quantitative field such as- operation Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, strategy and/or operation
Job specific requirements:
- Overall experience Logistics, Distribution, Production / Operations management, and/ or supply chain management (FMCG preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in applying analytical to solve business problems
- Strong experience in Supply Chain GURU/ Optilogic/Lyric is a must!
- Proven experience in reporting and managing projects with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Stronghold in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI) - Tableau Preferred
- Stronghold in Data Management and Processing Tools (Alteryx/R/Prep) - Alteryx Preferred
- Experience in Statistical analytical tools and projects may be advantageous.
