Preferred skills and experience
- Familiarity with User Experience Research (UXR) methods and practices, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Strong educational background, ideally with a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Psychology, or Data Science.
- Experience with user research tools, data analysis software, and design collaboration platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and accurately analyze data.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with both high-level concepts and specific data points.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience within the online gambling industry is preferred.

- Supporting the development and implementation of UXR strategies to enhance processes.
- Conducting generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather actionable insights.
- Assisting in synthesizing research findings into clear narratives that highlight user needs and potential solutions.
- Analyzing customer attitudes, motivations, needs, and behaviors through VoC feedback and data analytics.
- Collaborating with team members to share insights and create scorecards that integrate customer experience data across the company.
- Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance for various audiences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners to support research initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of user experience through data-driven recommendations.
