Position Summary
The UAT Analyst will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting process and system capabilities for Specialty Systems, including but not limited to various Specialty Pharmacy operating and dispensing systems, Robotics Process Automation, SharePoint, Web applications, etc. The UAT Analyst will serve as a liaison between business operations and the IT/Engineering team.
- Assess, evaluate, and assist in resolving pharmacy operations system and technology issues.
- Provides support to Business Owners and Business Leads in delivery of key Operations Technology initiatives (multiple initiatives simultaneously).
- Utilize the Rally platform to log, track, and manage multiple areas in the platform such as User Stories, Test Cases, Defects, and more.
- Perform User Experience Testing based on various changes and implementations in the system.
- Demonstrates ability to support problem identification, solution definition and refinement, measurement and tracking of outcomes – including a clear understanding of what defines success.
- Identifies and clears, through coordination with Operations and IT/Engineering teams, roadblocks to unlock organization and operational barriers to ensure initiative success.
- Escalate issues/concerns appropriately if issues arise.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of UAT experience with the systems supported or 3 years experience within an equivalent testing function. Equivalence preferred in Health Care IT or User Testing.
- 3+ years of experience or advanced level skill in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)
- 1+ years project management experience.
- 1-3 years of analytical experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in business operations, including experience leading or supporting new technology/process solutions and new projects implementation.
- The preferred candidate will be process oriented and have solid understanding of specialty systems and operations to identify and resolve issues in a variety of moderate to complex situations, without supervision.
- Proven ability to support or manage multiple concurrent initiatives and use effective judgement in prioritization and time allocation.
- Ability to engage partners/consumers internally and externally to support delivery and adoption.
- Knowledge of SPRx application
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
