About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Analyst Relations (AR) Program Manager to join our Analyst Relations team. This role will focus on supporting the coordination of key analyst report submissions and driving ongoing engagement with top analyst firms across our markets. This is a hands-on, junior-level position designed for someone who is passionate about building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of analyst relations within a leading cybersecurity company.
What You'll Do:
Manage the end-to-end coordination of analyst report submission processes (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape, etc.), ensuring a coordinated plan with all internal stakeholders, while upholding quality and ensuring key deadlines are met.
Track and maintain calendars, timelines, and deliverables aligned to report milestones and submission deadlines.
Support ongoing communication and relationship management with top analyst firms across key markets including but not limited to scheduling and coordinating analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain a regular cadence of touchpoints with analysts to ensure they are updated on CrowdStrike’s strategy, product portfolio, and market momentum.
Maintain databases, trackers, and documentation related to analyst interactions, deliverables, and key milestones, including leveraging AI to synthesize and automate tasks, analyst feedback and actions for internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations, and backgrounders for analyst engagements. Collect and summarize analyst feedback and share insights with key internal stakeholders.
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams participating in analyst interactions.
Ensure alignment across marketing, product, communications, and leadership teams during key engagements.
What You'll Need:
8 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, program management, or related fields (experience in analyst relations, PR, or product marketing is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of accountability.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, workflow automation tools) and an interest in leveraging AI to streamline tasks and processes.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment with AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
Familiarity with the cybersecurity or enterprise technology landscape preferred, but not required.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
