- Develop and manage communications that highlight Product Engineering teamwork, milestones, and key initiatives.
- Assist with creating and maintaining content for internal updates, presentations, and leadership-facing materials.
- Support the planning and organization of recurring town halls and leadership forums to increase transparency and employee engagement.
- Support cross-team collaboration by helping to organize meetings, document outcomes, and manage action items.
- Assist in planning team offsites, including agenda development, logistics coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Assist GIS engineering leaders with project coordination tasks.
