Are you a car enthusiast? Do you live and breathe automotive culture and dream of merging your passion for cars with a career in advertising and data analysis?
As an Analyst on our Product Integration team, you have experience with research and analytics at an advertising agency, preferably on an automotive account. You have a strong interest in automotive and experience in automotive research, and some experience with Wards Automotive or AutoPacific or similar data analytics vendors.
This role is responsible for becoming a product expert and providing product insights and education to the larger agency and client teams. The Product Integration Analyst is also responsible for having an intimate knowledge of all things related to the Nissan's products, how they work, what their market position is, and how to best demonstrate their technologies or capabilities.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Google Drive, and are comfortable working with large data sheets. You have strong presentation skills and are able to maintain direct communication with both Client and Agency teams regarding all things product, feature, and industry. This includes the creation, substantiation, and distribution of all marketing claims used across all messaging. You will work closely with the Strategy teams to help craft strategic positioning and insights for new creative work.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a fluid knowledge of all Nissan client products and features
- Must be able to article how a technology works and best practices on integrating into creative concepts
- Maintain agency and client claims process
- Report findings to senior personnel
- Research and substantiate new claims for advertising purposes
- Present new claims to senior personnel and client teams for approvals
- Review strategic briefs, creative concepts, rough cuts, and final versions of creative work for product accuracy
- Answer product related questions from Creative, Account, Strategy, and Production teams
- Remain knowledgeable about the automotive industry and identify potential opportunities for conquesting against competitors
- Present findings to senior personnel

- Passion for cars –– whether you build, race, collect, write about, or simply obsess over them
- Ability to connect automotive knowledge with consumer behavior and business goals
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Location:
Given the nature of our Product team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Los Angeles, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
