Title and Summary
Analyst, Learning and Development
We are looking for a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning Experience team. In this role, you will support the delivery and management of learning programs across the portfolio of the Sales Academy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing learning experiences.
About the role:
You will work closely with Program Managers and Learning Designers to ensure effective execution of learning experiences, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure smooth and consistent execution of learning programs.
-Assist in coordinating the delivery of learning programs, including managing vendor, room, and AV equipment scheduling, program logistics, and communications with participants.
-Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of learning programs in platforms such as Cornerstone LMS and Zoom.
-Assist in generating reports on program engagement and performance.
-Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in learning delivery.
-Provide assistance to learners, addressing any issues that arise during their learning journey.
-Support the team in resolving any operational challenges that may impact program delivery.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage program logistics and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in program execution and reporting.
-Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for improvement.
-Proficiency in using learning management systems (such as Cornerstone LMS) and other learning delivery technologies.
-Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Program Managers, Learning Designers, and vendors.
Problem-solving mindset to address challenges and improve the learner experience.
-Passion for learning and development, with a focus on enhancing overall program quality.
-Customer service orientation
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an L&D or HR function managing the delivery of in-person and virtual programs.
-Experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone LMS strongly preferred).
-Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau or Power BI)
-Strong problem solving skills
-Able to create structure and efficiency in complex and ever-evolving environments
