Collaborates with Continuous Improvement/Business Process teams, cross-functional business partners, and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver effective training programs, develop Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure accessible learning resources. Regularly interacts with managers and, as needed, directors to align training efforts with business objectives. Provides support for trainees and facilitators, assisting with the coordination of training schedules, logistics, and venues to ensure seamless program execution.
**Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include: Quincy, MA & Scarborough, ME

Essential job functions:
- Assist in developing comprehensive training programs and curriculums aligned with organizational priorities, securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, selecting appropriate formats and distribution methods to maximize engagement and accessibility.
- Collaborate with Continuous Improvement/Business Process teams to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures as processes evolve.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and adherence to all training programs, promoting consistency and effectiveness.
- Maintain quality standards for all training materials, including guides, toolkits, and handbooks, ensuring complex concepts are clearly communicated for end users.
- Manage and oversee knowledge management databases, ensuring training resources are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for both new and existing Supply Chain associates as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, or a related field.
Training & Learning Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong facilitation and training skills with experience delivering engaging learning experiences.
Change & Process Management:
- Understanding of change management methodologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management concepts (preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee training initiatives.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
- Active listener with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Personal & Professional Attributes:
