The Opportunity:

The Analyst, Business Excellence is responsible for problem solving, designing, developing, and analyzing business processes to solve challenges related to Revenue Cycle operations, thus a strong background in Revenue Cycle Operations is needed. This role works closely with data/reporting, AI/Machine Learning and Revenue Cycle domain experts (SMEs) in a collaborative environment to translate business problems into actionable solutions using continuous improvement frameworks. The selected candidate will support organizational initiatives, change management, and process optimization, ensuring that every project delivers measurable value and supports the organization’s strategic goals.

Data Analytics & AI/ML
  • Analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Gather user requirements and develop business cases (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity).
  • Work on multiple workstreams including data manipulation, automation, and analyzing large data sets to find useful relationships and trends that impact overall performance.
  • Gather and prioritize opportunities to leverage advanced reporting and AI/Machine Learning.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Assist in executing change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
  • Support senior team members in preparing documentation, presentations, and reports for project updates and stakeholder communication.
  • Adopt and follow structured continuous improvement frameworks and tools to enhance organizational performance.
  • Assist in process mapping, data collection, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Excel at stakeholder management across the organization.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to change management activities.
  • Cultivate an innovative and collaborative environment for seamless implementation of projects/initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in Revenue Cycle Operations
  • Prove track record of change management success.
  • Ability to use SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI (Python is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in M365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and basic data analysis tools.
  • This position pays between $92,400 to 138,600 based on experience
