About this Role:
The Manufacturer Solutions team is seeking an Analyst to join our GTM Strategy group. In this role, you’ll support the commercial organization by analyzing data, tracking performance, and helping to communicate the impact of our audience and solutions to our pharmaceutical and agency clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to demonstrate how GoodRx delivers measurable results, playing a key role in driving new business and client retention.
In this position, you’ll be expected to work independently on day-to-day tasks, receiving general guidance on new assignments. Your ability to analyze data from multiple sources, contribute to reporting, and develop actionable insights will be essential to commercial decision-making and client success.
You should be comfortable navigating routine but varied problems, using sound judgment within established practices to identify opportunities for improvement in process accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pull, organize, and analyze data from diverse internal and third-party sources to support the pharma commercial team
Assist in framing and quantifying the value of GoodRx’s platform for prospective pharmaceutical clients
Support the measurement and reporting of program and platform performance for existing clients
Help develop reports, case studies, and presentations that clearly articulate impact
Track and maintain key commercial metrics and benchmarks across product lines
Collaborate with data, BI, and sales teams to ensure access to relevant insights and data accuracy
Contribute to the review and interpretation of third-party measurement reports
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support sales, marketing, and other commercial initiative
Stay informed about key industry metrics, trends, and performance benchmarks in pharma and digital health
Skills & Qualifications:
A highly analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Experience in healthcare, pharma, and digital marketing space is preferred
Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and explaining findings clearly
A collaborative team member who is able to support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about using data to improve healthcare access and affordability
Capable of providing sound, standard professional advice and developing insights and analyses
3–5 years of experience in an analytical or business intelligence role, ideally within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or consulting
Experience working with multiple data sources and BI tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
Familiarity with performance metrics related to pharma and patient access solutions is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as healthcare technology, quantitative, business, or health-related field (e.g., Economics, Public Health, Data Science)
