Franchise Growth & Enablement is seeking an energetic and driven individual at the Analyst level to join a global team that manages customer onboarding and various programs focused on data gathering and replationship mapping for a wide range of ecosystem participants and accompanying strategic initiatives. To perform this role efficiently, you will:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding processes and support for various products and services• Identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer experiences • Create end-to-end process documentation and training guides • Assist with creating presentations, tracking and reporting metrics and trends to management • Participate in UAT for platform enhancements as needed • Lead efforts to build operating efficiencies within unit including critical customer data clean-up efforts• Support day-to-day operational activities such as data analysis, process coordination, and issue resolution • Assist with strategic initiatives to drive incremental value for Franchise and Mastercard
