Job Summary
As the Americas Head of AFS Product Development, you will lead the strategic development and execution of J.P. Morgan's platforms for Hedge Funds and Private Credit globally. You will be instrumental in developing scalable client solutions that address the unique needs of hedge funds and Private Credit clients worldwide. By leveraging deep industry expertise and cutting-edge technology, you will enhance client satisfaction, improve operating leverage, and foster long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the global strategy and execution for Hedge Fund, Private Funds, and Private Credit product development.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of complex client reporting and data feed solutions.
- Drive system-to-system data connectivity for seamless data flow across global AFS systems.
- Spearhead automation initiatives for Hedge Fund allocation and fee processes.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in AFS processes.
- Deliver and manage complex global client data services, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Lead and mentor a global team of technical product development resources.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party technology providers.
- Guide high-complexity system migrations and automation projects.
- Influence and drive change within a global Operations and Technology environment.
- Track and monitor global deliverables, providing clarity and direction to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Risk and Control policies, prioritizing risk mitigation.
- Communicate effectively with diverse global audiences.
- Influence and manage key stakeholders across global initiatives and projects.
- Provide strategic updates to senior management, including governance and milestone tracking.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with extensive leadership experience in alternative funds.
- Comprehensive understanding of global financial operations, including fund administration and private credit.
- Proven track record in strategic decision-making and delivering innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
- Deep understanding of investor and regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, managing cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and judgment in prioritizing strategic objectives and managing portfolios.
