Fabletics is currently looking for an Allocator for our rapidly growing retail business.

How Do You Fit In? 

As the Allocator you will be responsible for inventory management, analysis, and performance reporting for the retail channel. In addition, the Allocator will help drive the team’s success by providing insights into detailed planning KPIs.  The right candidate will be a problem solver with strong analytical skills and business acumen. The candidate should be detail oriented, curious, and work well in a team environment. This role is critical to the growth of Fabletics and will play an intricate role in the Allocation department as well as work closely with the Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations Team.
This position will report to the Allocation Manager. 
 

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitates and executes the allocation analysis to distribute inventory to all sales channels for a specified time horizon

  • Reviews and assesses’ risk on sales plan gaps based on allocated inventory to sales channels

  • Facilitates weekly buy in with planning on allocation changes, reasons, and impact

  • Assists Sr. Allocation Analysts and Allocation Manager in resolving their exceptions

  • Drives improvements to allocation process in both accuracy and speed to better support channels

  • Reviews financial implications to changes in supply week over week within the allocation analysis

  • Review projected inventory and identify deficiencies with planning & allocation to resolve

  • Reviews fill rate discrepancies and identify resolution paths

  • Coordinates cross functional escalations necessary to resolve issues or exceptions

  • Drives necessary collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Retail Buyers

  • Escalates related forecasting/logistics issues that impact allocation planning

What You Can Bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree, business/finance/accounting degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1 years of wholesale/retail apparel allocation and inventory management experience

  • Solid understanding of financial measurements including: sales, gross margin, inventory turn, ST%, weeks of supply and how to impact them

  • Expertise in retail math

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work under pressure in an environment of constant change and shifting priorities.

  • Demonstrate strong listening, written and communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $60,000-$68,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
