The Allocation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the right product gets to the right store at the right time. You’ll support the Planning & Merchandising teams by using data and trend analysis to drive inventory strategies, optimize product performance, and support the business goals across stores and e-commerce channels. 
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves both fashion and numbers and wants to grow their career in retail analytics and merchandising. 


This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three (3) days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Allocate initial and replenishment inventory to stores based on sales trends, store profiles, and product lifecycle. 
  • Analyze sales performance by SKU, style, and store to identify opportunities for inventory optimization. 
  • Partner with Planners and Buyers to support assortment decisions and allocation strategies. 
  • Monitor in-stock levels and take proactive steps to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations. 
  • Manage store clustering and sizing strategies to improve store-specific assortments. 
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting and post-mortem analysis to evaluate allocation effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Center to ensure timely and accurate inventory flow. 
  • Maintain allocation systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 year of experience in allocation, planning, or merchandise analysis, preferably in retail or fashion; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. 
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with allocation systems (e.g., JDA, Oracle, or similar) is a plus. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus  
  • A passion for fashion, pop culture, and customer experience!
