SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Role

As a SentiLink Alliances Manager, you’ll be responsible for scaling a portfolio of alliance integrations aimed at delivering our best-in-class fraud prevention products to financial institutions across the US ecosystem. You will work with existing strategic alliance partners in a role that will wear many different strategic partnership hats: account management, channel sales and pipeline management, solutions consulting, and partnership with marketing, sales, and product management teams at our strategic partners.

This is a remote-friendly, US-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver substantial ARR growth with our alliance partners, using a combination of marketing, channel sales, and ongoing account management

  • Build and execute against alliance growth plans outlining strategies to generate ARR growth through each alliance

  • Lead QBRs, pipeline reviews and ongoing business planning with alliance partners

  • Support retro studies and the pre-sales process alongside alliance sellers

  • Host ongoing partner enablement sessions to educate sellers, CSMs and product teams

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across alliances, including sales, customer success and product

  • Support technical integrations into partner platforms based on SentiLink best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS or identity/fraud.

  • Proven track record of carrying and exceeding quota in an alliance or channel sales environment

  • Grit and the ability to handle ambiguity

  • Enthusiasm to wear multiple hats

  • Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration and partner pipeline management

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

  • Outstanding communicator with strong collaboration and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to partner with product management and engineering teams to design technical solutions to business problems

  • Deep understanding of account opening and underwriting processes in financial services

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:

  • $150,000-$170,000 + equity + benefits
