Reporting to the Alliances Director, the Alliances Manager helps the company grow and expand by establishing connections with other stakeholders and partners. The Alliances Manager builds business plans with focus channel partners that identifies opportunities for field alignment, capability development and MDF investment helps to drive the partner ROI to new heights. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery and Marketing, enabling the vast array of technology partners that EVOTEK has and directly supporting top tier partners. The Alliances Manager is a critical growth orientated role focused on driving partner success.
Responsibilities
Partner Hub & Ecosystem Operations
- Own onboarding of 400+ active partners into the EVOTEK Partner Hub
- Ensure partner content, contacts, and GTM materials are accurate and current
- Build and maintain a scalable partner enablement system
Sales & Field Enablement
- Act as the primary operational contact for partner-related needs
- Help EVOTEK sellers quickly find the right partner plays and contacts
- Coordinate enablement sessions and partner education
Sponsorship & Event Management
- ·Manage partner event requests
- Coordinate executive meeting requests
- Align partners to field marketing initiatives
Performance Tracking
- Maintain partner scorecards
- Track pipeline influenced by partner programs
- Support quarterly/yearly partner reviews
Process & Governance
- Standardize onboarding workflows
- Improve deal registration tracking
Requirements
- 4-8 years in channel, alliances, partner marketing, or sales operations.
- Preferable experience in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or VAR/SI environments.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and perform work in required time frames.
- Capability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Initiative-taking attitude and work ethic.
- Must be a collaborator.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills.
- Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience.
- Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions.
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision.

- Salary commensurate with years’ of experience, technical expertise and geographic location
- Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000.
