Your Contribution:

  • Serve as the key contact and responsible party for a group of customers consistent with the Account Executives’ individual level of experience and expertise. Responsible for providing high quality services, based on the customers’ individual scope of services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, developing strong relationships with multiple levels of the organization including providers and C-Suite leadership.
  • Develop expertise on the CGM product lines to highlight new offerings and updates to existing features and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded delivery of services through add-on of company solution offerings.
  • Lead sales process with existing customers’ transactional business, creating and processing contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales funnel and sales stage in assigned tool.
  • Provide updates to leadership of sales forecast.
  • Enhance organizational growth by procuring customer referral for service expansion within the client, affiliated and non-affiliated partners.
  • Assist external sales team with demos and analysis as needed.
  • Maintain and field inbound sales calls.

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate experience.
  • Effective problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills required. Employees are required to speak, read and write English.
  • Must be able to effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work assignments simultaneously.
  • Highly self-motivated and focused and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure. Ability to engage senior-level executives and establish credibility.
