This position will be responsible for workforce management, talent management, and technical excellence. Candidates must possess outstanding leadership, technical, management, systems thinking, and communication skills. They should have demonstrated experience working with program, capability, function, and human resources management at all levels. - Manages, develops, and motivates employees performing engineering activities within a 24/7 Customer Support organization.
- Oversees the development and validations of Boeing Manuals such as: Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and Fault Isolation Manual (FIM).
- Ensures coordination with design, to drive quality into documents.
- Oversees and manages work share partners.
- Develops and carries out project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
- Has strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Provides technical guidance to resolve engineering issues.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of experience in the airline/aerospace industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with commercial airplanes or commercial derivatives
- 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
- Ability to embrace change, lead continuous improvement, and treat safety and quality as top priorities.
- Experience in maintenance operations.
- Experience leading complex projects.
- Knowledge of industry trends (customers, regulators, competitors, etc).
- Thrives with managing ambiguity and turning it into action.
- Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
