As an AI Team Leader at Silverfort, you will lead an AI team, design, develop, and optimize AI solutions to drive product innovation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle complex challenges and ensure the scalability and reliability of our AI/ML architectures.


Responsibilities
  • Leading the AI research team (60% HandsOn)
  • Design, develop, and execute AI solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Identify, understand, and tackle challenges in integrating and implementing AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into the product and across Silverfort
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continually updating your knowledge of trends, tools, and best practices
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance on AI/ML technologies and methodologies
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI/ML architectures

Requirements
  • 3+ years leading AI/DS teams, ideally in cybersecurity
  • At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer/Researcher or Data Scientist or proven experience in AI/ML or similar positions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  •  Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and libraries (e.g. hugging face, LangChain, Open AI, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
  • Proficient in machine learning algorithms, especially in areas such as LLMs, classification, anomaly detection, and tabular data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams
