The Role
Digital Reach Agency is a digital marketing consultancy that helps clients scale through innovative technology, data-driven strategies, and human-first approaches. We’re expanding our AI capabilities to help clients leverage emerging tools like Salesforce Einstein, Clay, and middleware integrations that drive growth and efficiency.
The AI Strategy Consultant will serve as an advisor for clients adopting AI-enabled tools across Salesforce, marketing, and operations ecosystems. This role is responsible for designing AI roadmaps, implementing technical solutions, and ensuring measurable business outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to translate complex AI solutions into practical business strategies.
Primary Responsibilities and Deliverables
AI Strategy & Roadmapping
- Develop AI adoption strategies tailored to client goals in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Translate business challenges into clear AI-driven use cases and solutions.
Client-Specific Deliverables
- Implement Salesforce Einstein AI (Sales 1 / CoPilot) for predictive insights, automation, and productivity gains.
- Build SFDC MCP + Zapier/MuleSoft integrations to enable agentic, cross-platform workflows.
- Proven expertise in building advanced lead enrichment and scoring workflows in Clay, including custom signals (job changes, funding rounds, competitor mentions, tech stack changes) and CRM data normalization/cleaning at scale.
- Ability to leverage Clay’s AI automation and API integrations to enrich inbound leads, generate intent-based outreach, sync with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), and orchestrate automated outbound campaigns.
Integration Architecture
- Design and implement middleware solutions (Zapier, MuleSoft, SFDC MCP connections) for cross-platform automation and agentic behavior.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with external platforms to enable real-time workflows.
Training & Adoption
- Deliver workshops and training sessions on AI tools.
- Produce documentation and best-practice guides to drive adoption and long-term success.
- 5+ years in AI strategy, CRM consulting, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CoPilot).
- Hands-on experience with middleware integrations (Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar).
- Familiarity with intent signal platforms (Clay, 6Sense, Bombora, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in client-facing consulting roles with the ability to present strategies, roadmaps, and technical solutions to executives.
- Strong understanding of data governance, ethical AI, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Your Team
You’ll be primarily working with the Marketing Automation/RevOps team and Operations team.
Position: Contractor (hours will vary based on needs)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $100 - $200/hour
