Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- English level: C1 or higher (Advanced)
AI Proficiency:
- Proven experience and mandatory willingness to utilize AI tools extensively in the frontend development workflow.
- Candidates must have already adopted AI tools and be adept at leveraging them to enhance productivity and innovation in frontend tasks.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components.
- Experience with Ant Design or Material UI for UI management.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit and integration testing in frontend.
- Knowledge of scrum, functional, and object-oriented programming principles relevant to frontend development.
Nice-to-Have:
- Understanding of frontend design patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components, and Ant Design or Material UI.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Mandatory utilization of AI tools and capabilities to significantly accelerate the development cycle and enhance code quality for frontend development.
- Mentor and support other frontend developers on the team, fostering best practices including AI-driven development in the frontend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robust and error-free frontend applications.
- Optimize application performance, including implementing frontend-specific features like lazy loading and code splitting.
- Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and trends, especially regarding AI applications in frontend development.
