About the Team

We drive AI adoption and monetization across Zoom's enterprise customer base. Our team partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. We exist to help customers unlock the full potential of AI at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue strategy and execution for AI products, owning pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion across enterprise and commercial segments

  • Build, coach, and develop a team of AI Sales Specialists who partner with account teams to deliver outcome-based AI solutions

  • Develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and customer engagement models that scale AI monetization globally

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align roadmap priorities, customer feedback, and adoption programs

  • Lead executive-level customer engagements and track performance metrics to refine strategy and improve team effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrate 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales leadership, or AI solution management

  • Drive revenue growth through direct and overlay sales motions in SaaS or AI product environments

  • Apply deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI to enterprise workflows

  • Translate product capabilities into scalable go-to-market strategies and repeatable sales plays

  • Partner effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and growth

  • Engage C-level stakeholders and inspire internal teams through executive presence and communication skills

  • Lead AI or advanced technology sales teams in enterprise environments

  • Navigate enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$200,700.00

Maximum:

$447,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
