Design and deliver secure, scalable AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to discover opportunities, gather requirements, build prototypes, integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform, produce solution documentation, manage risks and security reviews, support deployments, and drive adoption and knowledge transfer across enterprise teams.
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve business processes, enhance decision-making, and automate manual tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, automation, and agent-based solutions, translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and practical AI solutions.This role requires expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, enterprise solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery from discovery through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and intelligent agent solutions.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Assess business challenges and determine the suitability of AI-enabled solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Power Platform, enterprise applications, APIs, and other business systems.
- Produce comprehensive solution documentation, including requirements, architecture, design decisions, testing results, deployment documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with security, privacy, architecture, and technology teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and operational standards.
- Identify technical risks and support security reviews throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and solution adoption activities.
- Provide deployment support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with business users to gather, clarify, document, and
validate business requirements for technology or AI-enabled solutions. - Experience designing, building, testing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions using
Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, or comparable low-code/no-code AI development
platforms. - Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, user testing, or
adoption activities with business areas and technical teams. - Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services,
enterprise data sources, APIs, or other business systems. - Experience producing clear solution documentation, including requirements, design
decisions, testing results, deployment notes, user guidance, and knowledge transfer
materials. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and move
solutions from discovery through implementation in a complex enterprise environment.Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or related - Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or related Microsoft AI services.
- Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic development tools used to support solution design, prototyping, development, testing, or documentation.
- Experience designing, implementing, or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or similar patterns for securely connecting AI agents to tools, systems, and data sources.
- Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, and environment governance.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Power Platform, security, or solution architecture would be considered an asset, but are not required.
