PROJECT OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a motivated person to join Group AI team and help us build Generative AI products. In this role, you’ll help turn AI ideas into real business value and support how AI is used across the organisation. You’ll work closely with teams from Group AI Management & Strategy and different Value Streams to make sure we’re getting the most out of AI.
We’re looking for someone who understands the basics of AI and how it can be used in practice. You should feel comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and explaining them clearly to others. You’ll collaborate with different teams, use data from various sources, and help ensure our AI solutions work well and are successfully adopted across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis for AI Insights:
- Gather information from various sources and provide analysis to derive insights regarding AI utilisation and its contribution to business value.
MI Report Development and Maintenance:
- Develop and sustain detailed reports to effectively monitor AI performance and ensure responsible AI.
Trend Identification and Strategic Support:
- Identify trends and patterns within data to support informed strategic decision-making processes.
Collaboration with AI Engineers:
- Collaborate with AI engineers to develop requirements for new AI features.
Presentation and Communication:
- Create compelling presentations and communications that communicate data about AI performance and adoption, demonstrating how these technologies can enhance decision-making processes and financial strategies.
Continuous Learning and Innovation:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and other emerging technology advancements relevant to the financial services sector.
- Share insights and knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills to provide data-driven output.
- Strong Data Interpretation Skills:
- Ability to navigate and interpret intricate datasets, providing insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrable expertise in utilising Excel and other data analysis tools to extract and manipulate complex datasets efficiently.
- Experience in Report Generation: Proven track record in the creation of presentations and reports from complex technical data for a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstration that outputs are insightful and actionable.
- Comprehensive Understanding of AI Technologies: A solid grasp of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical applications within business environments.
- Governance & Risk Awareness: Show high ethical standards and awareness of the ethical considerations of implementation of Generative AI.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication and Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage AI events and engagements, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and Passionate: Proactive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about staying up to date on the latest technology advancements and their benefits to financial services.
