Why this role?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Security GTM Operations Program Manager to lead the operational backbone of our GTM organization for Evo by Snyk. This is a critical, high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical excellence, and hands-on operational management. You will be instrumental in building a scalable and predictable revenue engine by providing the systems, insights, and operational rigor our GTM team needs to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define, document, and enforce consistent sales processes, methodologies, and operational policies to increase efficiency and scalability.

  • Provide project management and organizational leadership for high-priority, cross-functional strategic GTM initiatives.

  • Administer and strategically optimize our CRM system (primarily Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, usability, and adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Serve as the system subject matter expert, ensuring the CRM is a single, reliable source of truth for all customer-facing activities and operational reporting.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive dashboards and reports that track the health of the entire GTM funnel—from MQL through to closed-won revenue and expansion.

  • Embed AI efficiencies into GTM processes and continue to evolve these to keep up with industry trends.

  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to GTM leadership to identify performance gaps, opportunities for acceleration, and areas for process improvement.

  • Support and execute the quarterly and annual GTM planning processes, including detailed analysis and preparation for forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, and quota setting.

  • Run and drive the operational rigor of key GTM meetings (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly forecast calls, quarterly business reviews), ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.

What You Bring:

  • Progressive experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical/strategic function.

  • Experience within a fast paced B2B SaaS environment, ideally one that has gone through a high-growth phase.

  • Proven ability to operate in a startup sales and marketing environment, with a deep understanding of lead funnels, pipeline management, sales methodologies, and key SaaS metrics.

  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing GTM processes that drive efficiency and scale.

  • Strong hands-on experience as an administrator or power user of Salesforce (or similar enterprise-grade CRM).

  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

  • Have experience within the AI or Security Industry.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
