We are seeking a creative and analytical AI Prompt Specialist to develop, optimize, and maintain prompts that improve the performance, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Large Language Models deliver high-quality, contextually relevant, and business-aligned outputs across a wide range of use cases.

The successful candidate will collaborate with AI engineers, trainers, product teams, and business stakeholders to improve AI experiences and support the successful deployment of Generative AI solutions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:


Prompt Development & Optimization

  • Design prompts that maximize AI effectiveness and consistency.
  • Develop prompts for conversational AI, automation, and business applications.
  • Create reusable prompt templates and prompt libraries.
  • Optimize prompts to improve response quality and accuracy.
  • Support prompt lifecycle management activities.

AI Evaluation & Testing

  • Measure and improve AI performance through structured evaluation.
  • Test prompts across multiple use cases and scenarios.
  • Analyze outputs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct prompt experiments and comparative testing.
  • Support AI quality assurance initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Support

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective AI solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into prompting strategies.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, trainers, and product teams.
  • Support AI implementation and optimization projects.
  • Provide recommendations on prompt effectiveness.

Documentation & Best Practices

  • Promote consistency and scalability across prompt engineering activities.
  • Maintain prompt libraries and documentation.
  • Develop prompting standards and guidelines.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Contribute to prompt governance and quality frameworks.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay at the forefront of Generative AI developments.
  • Research emerging prompting techniques and methodologies.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and platforms.
  • Recommend enhancements to prompting practices.
  • Support experimentation and innovation initiatives.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI technologies, content strategy, research, analytics, quality assurance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience using Large Language Models and Generative AI platforms.
  • Strong written communication and language analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience creating structured content, instructions, or documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Experience working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with prompt engineering or AI training activities.
  • Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Experience supporting chatbot or conversational AI projects.
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation methodologies.
  • Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, or BPO environments.
  • Certifications or formal training related to AI or Generative AI.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
