This senior role is responsible for end-to-end AI and Innovation leadership for Haldren in United States, with a primary base in Phoenix. The position translates business goals into actionable plans, strengthens capability, and raises standards through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.
• Define applied AI and innovation roadmap, ensuring responsible deployment and measurable value.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.


Requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
• Experience delivering applied AI initiatives, MLOps collaboration, and responsible AI practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
