ABOUT US

Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue. For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost.

Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

We work with many globally recognised clients, particularly within sport, so if you're a sporting fan this could be a great fit!
What You'll Make Happen

In AI Product Operations, you'll join a supportive, inventive team that values clarity, ownership, and getting things done. You’ll work remotely, collaborate with globally recognised sports organisations, and play a hands-on role in shaping how they use our product suite.

This role sits at the crossroads of project management, operations, AI-driven problem-solving, and product thinking. You don’t need years of product experience — just intelligence, curiosity, and the drive to figure things out fast.

  • Own day-to-day product workflows, decisions, and operational flow across our product suite.
  • Coordinate and deliver client projects -onboarding, configuration, feature adoption, and updates.
  • Use AI and internal tools to understand product behaviour, investigate issues, and generate solutions or improvements.
  • Apply AI to build and enhance scalable workflows, tools, and product solutions that accelerate delivery.
  • Maintain and improve internal processes, documentation, and delivery guides as we scale.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and account teams to keep delivery smooth and unblock issues quickly.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in product ops, SaaS ops, technical account management, or similar transferable skills with the ability to learn fast.
  • Strong understanding of sport and how sports organisations think about digital products.
  • An ability to think like a product owner - balancing user needs, technical constraints, and fast execution.
  • Genuine interest in technology and AI, with experience leveraging AI and effective prompting to accelerate decision-making, workflows, and problem-solving.
  • High ownership mindset - comfortable working across boundaries and figuring things out independently.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, requests, and client needs at speed.
  • Comfort working with data and structured information.
  • Reliable internet for remote work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly with clients in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Experience in a fast-moving business (startup, scale-up, or agency).
  • Familiarity with content platforms, CMS tools, or sports-tech products.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

First, you will be invited for a 30-minute pre-interview via Zoom with our recruitment team. We usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for changing your job, as well as provide you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a second step which is an on demand video interview using HireVire. After which you’ll be invited to a video interview with the hiring manager. If successful, the last stage is a take home task.

And that’s it!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
