Your Role:

As the AI Product Director (AI OS), you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of FF AI OS, an advanced AI system designed to enhance the intelligent cabin and user interaction experience through AI agents. Your role will focus on building an intelligent AI-driven operating system that seamlessly integrates AI agent technologies to provide an innovative, personalized, and interactive experience for users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product planning, technical roadmap, and execution strategy for FF AI OS, enhancing AI-driven in-cabin user interactions.
  • Oversee the development of AI Agents, including voice assistants, contextual awareness, and human-machine interaction capabilities.
  • Research and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies such as large language models, semantic understanding, and knowledge graphs into the AI OS ecosystem.
  • Monitor industry trends in intelligent cabin technology, personalized interaction, and AI-driven automation to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, and UX designers to ensure high-quality product delivery and user experience optimization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of proven track record of successful product development.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI product management, with expertise in AI OS, AI Agents, or intelligent interaction systems.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), knowledge graphs, and personalized recommendation systems.
  • Passion for researching and applying cutting-edge AI technologies to innovative product development.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to drive the successful execution of AI products.
  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in preferred
  • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or internet industry 

Annual Salary Range:

($170K - $220K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
