Superside is looking for a seasoned and visionary AI Motion Lead to help reimagine how motion design production is done. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology.


Your work will shape how our teams operate, influence how our products evolve, and accelerate Superside’s position as the world’s leading AI-powered creative service. From building scalable tools to future-proofing our workflows, you’ll help us move faster, work smarter, and deliver better creative work at scale.

What you'll do:

  • Integrate AI tools into motion design workflows, championing AI-first approaches in creative development.
  • Develop new AI-powered motion products that deliver real value to our customers.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on AI in motion graphics—advising teams on practical, scalable applications.
  • Partner with video editors, animators, motion designers, and producers to align AI capabilities with project and production needs.
  • Collaborate with internal AI experts and external partners to drive consistent adoption across teams.
  • Rethink how AI can be applied across the entire motion and video process—from pre-production to final delivery—bringing forward bold ideas and new efficiencies.
  • Lead education and upskilling efforts, equipping teams to work confidently with emerging tools.
  • Manage AI-related projects and workstreams, ensuring quality, speed, and delivery at scale.
  • Monitor the performance and impact of AI integrations, recommending improvements to drive efficiency and output.
  • Support sales and customer teams in showcasing Superside’s AI-powered capabilities to prospective clients.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in motion graphics production, with strong technical expertise and leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of AI tools used in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and creative workflows.
  • Track record of implementing AI-driven processes within cross-functional creative teams.
  • Confident communicator and team mentor, able to explain technical concepts clearly to creative and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to turn complex challenges into scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Passion for AI and its role in transforming how creative work gets done.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with a bias for action.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivery and impact.
